Our facility takes care of your urgent physical needs, but also works with your or your child\’s regular doctors by communicating your condition and current treatment to them. Our board-certified adult care providers can diagnose your history, do blood lab work on-site, and get your treatment started. You\’ve cut your hand fixing dinner and need to stop the bleeding quickly? We can stitch it up or Dermabond it and send you back to dinner. You don\’t know who to trust with your sick little girl? Our board-certified pediatricians not only specialize in child medicine and development but also love to put children at ease and make them feel safe. Prices and WarrantiesBecause we are an urgent care clinic, we offer reasonable rates and make every effort to keep cost from becoming an obstacle to your health. Along with cash and major credit cards, we are a participating provider for Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Vista, Humana, Beechstreet, Medicare and most other major insurance companies. If we are not currently a provider for your insurance company, we will still treat you, and then work with you and your insurance carrier to try to get you reimbursed. Most insurance companies are glad to pay for urgent care treatment outside the hospital because it dramatically lowers the amount they have to pay. Payment is due the day (or night) of treatment, but our rates and insurance-savvy staff keep cost from being a burden. If your illness or injury is work-related, please let us know as soon as you come in so that we can process the bill through your worker\’s compensation plan.
